I came into the salon feeling really discouraged about my hair. It had been previously bleached and the work was honestly very patchy and not done properly, and it didn’t meet my expectations at all. I was nervous about getting it fixed, but from the moment I sat in Katie’s chair, she truly listened to every concern I had. I showed her my inspiration photos and explained exactly what I was unhappy with, and she took the time to really understand how I was feeling about my hair. She didn’t rush me or brush anything off. Instead, she walked me through the entire process step-by-step, explaining what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the end result would look like. That level of communication made me feel so comfortable and reassured. I was beyond impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and the care she put into correcting the previous work. She truly took my feelings into consideration and treated my hair as if it were her own. The final result exceeded my expectations and I finally felt confident again walking out of the salon. If you’ve had a bad experience with your hair or you’re nervous about getting something corrected, I can’t recommend Katie enough. She doesn’t just do hair - she listens, she cares, and she delivers beautiful results.

I was a bit nervous because changing where I take my daughter. Pyper is young and at first I was nervous about that as well. But she was super sweet. She did exactly what my daughter wanted. She held a conversation the entire time and was just happy and smiling. So nice to see someone younger excited about their work and loving what they do. She also asked questions so she could make sure my daughter was happy with how she was doing her hair. I absolutely loved that she did that so my daughter got exactly what she wanted and pyper delivered!! I highly recommend this place and ask for pyper! She was so great with my daughter and it was age appropriate conversation. She did an amazing job and I can see so much more potential as she grows. Taking my other daughter when it is time for her to get her haircut. Thank you so much pyper! My daughter is very happy with her hair. Keep up the good work.
